Malware is a generic term that is used to describe software that is designed to insinuate itself into your system without your knowledge or consent. This includes viruses, worms, root kits, Trojan horses, spyware and adware. I’m not going to define for you here in this space each of these save to say that once there, this destructive software is able to cause all kinds of damage. It can cause the mild irritation of the occasional popups, more sinister problems such as hiding important files and utilities, (thereby preventing you from easily removing them) all the way to wiping out your hard drive or destroying hardware.

You probably got infected by the virus through a backdoor Vundo Trojan; it would’ve installed the program on your PC without you even knowing. The Trojan would’ve most likely come from downloading a song, video, codec, free software etc. from P2P Networks or malicious websites.

Once you are infected System Security will continually alert you with fake spyware threats in order to get you to purchase the full licensed version. Its latest trick is turning your background into a black screen; indicating “Warning you’re in Danger” Your PC is infected with spyware. Please don’t fall for these lame silly tactics and remove this threat before it causes any further corruption.

There may have been a time when virus software was not needed, but those days likely are a throwback to monochromatic screens and extremely small hard drives.

Would anyone truly consider using personal information in an environment where password protection was not in use?

Would anyone truly feel that all websites are absolutely trustworthy?.

I have quickly outlined the process below, although I must say nothing is guaranteed and you run the risk of ruining your entire system if you delete the wrong file.

Step 1: Block System Security malicious domains

Step 2: Remove System Security processes

Step 3: Delete registry entries

One of the most important things that you can do to protect yourself is to stay current with your windows updates. Many malicious programs are designed to exploit security vulnerabilities and send themselves without the user’s knowledge. Here are a few other tips:.

So much of our lives are enveloped in the computer, it just makes sense for online business to make sure they have a crack cyber staff on board to keep things safe.

  • For the individual, the same rules apply. You can invite security issues through email, site visits and various software downloads. A home security system for your computer is essential to the long-term health of the World Wide Web.
